Regarded as one of the leading Sales and Customer Service consultants in Africa, Segun has coached and trained over 2000 individuals.
He co-designed and implemented an eighteen-month Guests Services Turn-Around Project for Nigeria’s largest and most prestigious hotel – Eko Hotel & Suites.
He has planned and coordinated many successful events, including SBA’s annual Nigerian Issuing Houses Awards (now known as the Nigerian Investment Banking Awards) from 2005 to 2010, and the inaugural ‘Sexual Harassment In The Workplace’ conference in 2015.
With a profound ability to shape and direct public opinion with his writing, he has not only spear-headed and coordinated several publicity campaigns for leading private and public sector executives, but also has several socio-political articles published in Nigeria’s Business Day Newspaper. His vision of a loving, tolerant, united, and peaceful society is not only what drives him but also the foundation of his children’s books series – Amazing Adventures of Izi and Larry The Dinosaur.
After relocating to the UK in August 2017, he obtained a Professional Certification in Digital Marketing, and is now a copy writer for Commun-IT. He is also a team lead for the company’s drive to build relationships and provide after-school-coding-clubs to all schools in the Middlesex area.
He is a graduate of the former London Guildhall University, now London Metropolitan University, where he obtained a BA Hons Degree in Politics and Modern History, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Politics and International Relations.

Adela is originally from Romania. After finishing degrees in European Studies at the University of Babes-Bolyai in Cluj and in Public Relations at Politehnica Timisoara, she came to the UK looking for new opportunities.
She is passionate about people and has been involved with a considerable number of volunteering activities with NGOs like Save the Children, Cogito student organisation and also developing environmental projects as part of the speleological organisation ASER Resita. Through these organisations, she took part in three international youth exchange programs, learning about cultural diversity and personal development.
Since coming to the UK, she has worked as a Marketing Assistant with several London-based small businesses, reshaping their marketing strategies in order to create brand awareness and increase sales. In order to progress further in a marketing career, she obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing with the Digital Marketing Institute and is now working with Commun-IT on new projects.
